Description:
There is a real “Flirting Point” installed outside the Singapore Art Museum that designates itself as a place for people to flirt. I wanted to add some interactive high tech elements to it, hence “Flirting Point – turbo”. My concept proposal locates it at my school, LASALLE College of the Arts, and is fitted with cameras, card scanners, powerful light projectors and two gigantic screens. Students need to “check in” with their student card in order to interact with the installation and flirt with one another in a virtual space.
